The Parish Council full recognises it's legal and moral duties in regard to Freedom of Information Requests and if any person has any GDPR or Data Protection queries.
Should any person wish to submit a FoI request or want to discuss any GDPR issue, please will they contact the Clerk of the Parish Council at their first instance.

- Freedom of Information Requests: Please you ensure that the phrase 'FoI Request' is in the title header - this is to ensure that the request is clearly visible. The Council will then, as per FoI Act 2000 legislation, have twenty working days to provide a response, and if applicable provide the documents as requested.
- GDPR / Data Protection Act / Subject Access Requests: For any requests that all into the aforementioned categories, please will you ensure that the email is clearly headed with GDPR query, or Data Protection query, or Subject Access Request. The Council will then, as per the GDPR 2018 legislation, have one calendar month to provide a response, and is applicable provide the documents as requested.
